Wrapping Up FNU Open Day 2025 – Crafting Futures Together 🎓✨

A little late, but here’s a heartfelt wrap-up from FNU Open Day 2025, held under the inspiring theme “Crafting Futures Together.”

For us,  students from the School of Communication, Language, and Literature, this event was extra special. It marked not only the celebration of learning and creativity but also the final chapter of our university journey. Our story began back in 2023, when we all came from different backgrounds, different islands, and different experiences — yet shared one common dream: to earn a degree and make a difference.

Sitting together at our booth, proudly representing our program, we couldn’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come. From first-year nerves to final-year confidence, the Open Day reminded us why we chose this path, to learn, to grow, and to connect through communication.

As we wrap up this year’s Open Day and prepare for the next stage of our journey, we carry with us the friendships, lessons, and memories that will shape our futures. Truly, we’ve crafted something special together. 💛📚

Countdown to FNU Open Day 2025 🎉

Bula everyone! 🌺 We are now just two days away from one of the biggest events on the Fiji National University calendar—the FNU Open Day 2025 ! This year, it’s extra special because it will run for three full days, from October 2nd to 4th . The excitement is already in the air. Walking around campus, you can feel the buzz, colorful banners are going up, booths are being set, and students (like me!) are getting ready to showcase what makes FNU such a vibrant and unique place to study. What makes these projects truly special is that they are all made from recycled materials. By repurposing waste into functional and artistic items, the students demonstrate how industrial arts can contribute to environmental conservation and promote innovative thinking.
